Oedema and Venous Disease
The most common cause of lymphoedema in the world is from filariasis. Many will think the second most common cause is following cancer management but in fact its due to venous disease resulting in phlebolymphoedema. The following videos from the 2019 US National Lymphedema Network Conference provide an excellent overview of this issue as well as discussing the use of compression following deep vein thrombosis.
