About the speaker: Chuck Ehrlich is a researcher and writer for Lymph Notes and coauthor of the Lymphedema and Lipedema Nutrition Guide (Lymph Notes, 2016) along with Dr. Iker, Dr. Herbst, Linda-Anne Kahn, et al. His background includes explaining many complex topics, teaching, and consulting. He received his MS from Case Western Reserve University and his MBA from the University of San Francisco.
