The Level 2 Advanced Lower Limb Lymphoedema Course provides the practitioner with the opportunity to develop their knowledge, skills and clinical reasoning in the management of complex lower limb lymphoedema.
Practitioners will bring to the course expertise and knowledge in various aspects of lymphoedema management. This course will utilise and expand upon this knowledge and skills to facilitate the learning experience and provide the practitioner with training to assess and treat complex lower limb, genital lymphoedemas and vascular lymphoedema.
Distance learning: starts 29 July 2020 (6 weeks prior to the face-to-face block)
Face-to-face dates block: Saturday 12 September to Monday 14 September 2020
Registration: Saturday 12 September between 12.45pm – 1.30pm ( includes lunch)

- Sunday 13 September 8.00am to 5.30pm
- Monday 14 September 8.00 am to 1.30 pm

Cost: $900.00 inc GST
Prerequisites: This course is open to registered health professionals only (Division 1 Nurses, Medical Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists). Participants must have successfully completed a Level 1 (Basic) lymphoedema course or equivalent that meets the ALA Level 1 course guidelines (https://www.lymphoedema.org.au/the-register-updated/ala-recognised-courses/) and had a minimum of 1-year experience (half time) of treating clients with lymphoedema. Participants must have successfully completed a basic Coban 2 workshop. If the participant hasn’t completed a Coban 2 basic workshop go to 3M.com.au/Coban2 to find a workshop.
